Kristen is a 25+ year veteran in the sports marketing and management industry with extensive experience in athlete representation, corporate consulting, business development, licensing, sponsorship sales and event management.  A pioneer for women in professional player representation, Kristen was the first woman to negotiate an NFL quarterback’s contract.   A highly sought-after business advisor, lecturer and mentor, Kristen has advised numerous NFL players, corporations and non-profits.  She is also a popular industry speaker at international sports and finance conferences and has taught hundreds of students at both the university and law school levels.

 In 2017, Kristen merged K Sports & Entertainment, her nationally recognized sports marketing, and athlete representation agency, with Vanguard Sports Group where she oversees business development.  From 2001-2017, as the founder and CEO of K Sports & Entertainment, Kristen led a national sports management and marketing firm where she represented NFL players in both their NFL contracts and branding/marketing endorsements as well as consulted with both Fortune 500 and early stage companies.   Kristen began her sports career in 1994 as in-house counsel at the national sports agency, Woolf Associates.

In addition, Kristen also has over 20+ years of experience in venture capital including investor relations, business development, and incubating companies. She is on the Board of Advisors of The Players Impact and Athlete Advisory Board of Bio Direction, Inc. d/b/a Nano Diagnostics and held positions of business development at a venture capital firm as well as Managing Director at Charlestowne Securities.  She founded K Capital Partners in 2023 providing advisory, business development, and capital-raising services for companies and family offices with a focus on the sports, entertainment, technology, media, wellness, and consumer product sectors.  Kristen currently holds series 63 and 82 registrations with FINRA.  K Capital Partners LLC offers securities through Stonehaven, LLC, a Member of FINRA/ SIPC.

Kristen holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.
